Townhouse is fine. The craftsmanship is nothing to be desired. The work done is definitely that of a rental, good enough. The gym is an absolute joke. Outdated and broken down machines. Pool is nice in the summer.

If I could I would give 0 stars! Over priced townhouses that are not well built. Maintenance men smell like marijuana and are terrible at their job. Mold problems in the duct work. Management are absolutely terrible you can not get in touch with unless there is a true problem.

Is there anyway I can talk to the owner of this company? Besides talking to the management? Unless there is a new management team! It not a great feeling when you send emails and never get a response?

Changing Review - Feb 5, 2025 -

We have been lucky enough to find a great until in the same neighborhood for sale. We love the neighborhood but my love for the rental company is souring FAST. I just gave my 45 days notice to our moveout and they are forcing us to pay the full 60 day rent plus the additional 2 months. We are only going to be in the unit for less than 30 more days but we will get hit with one additional month that will be unoccupied plus the other 2 as a penalty. Really? That's nearly $7,500 for a unit they will have filled in 30 day or less (place is in better shape than when the day we moved in). I understand the penalty but holding us for an additional month rent unneccesarily is just plain greedy and inhumane. RENTER BEWARE.

Beautiful facilities and rental property. Staff has been very helpful to date and made the move as easy as can be.

UPDATE: Our fridge has not been cooling our food properly for a week. There is no real process for emergency work orders and any number to call. We put in a work order and it was cancelled saying our fridge was WORKING 😂 (Without any communication with us, 5 days after we put the work order in). We bought a mini fridge and have been only putting food in the freezer. We've been only buying what we are eating for dinner each night due to not being able to store anything unless it's frozen. They do NOT answer the office number and you can not talk to anyone unless you email them. If you value communication and customer service, DONT MOVE HERE.

Haven't had working breakers in our kitchen since we moved in. Hard to believe that the issue was not known prior to us moving in.
It took multiple emails to get someone to come out for a maintenance request but it's still not fixed & needs to be replaced.
The office phone number is for show, don't bother calling it because they will not answer it. And will ONLY reply to email.
You will get multiple emails about what to do and not do in the community but BARELY get responses to your concerns.
The townhome will not be ready until the day you move-in and anything THEY deem as "normal wear and tear" they are not fixing. Don't let the model fool you.

I enjoyed my tour. The townhome was beautiful, and I love the community. This would be a great place for my children and I. Definitely number one on my list.

My concerns are mostly related to how Omnia assumed legal responsibility for the property, they was minimal
Communication regarding the change. Everything was sudden without communication with the tenants, additionally there was little communication about how the change would impact the tenant or the property. I initially rented from integrity and received the property in poor condition, but because of a lack of communication Omnia was initially unaware of this, making move out difficult regarding what I was responsible for. Overall, it wasn’t a negative experience and think the manager trusted me enough to understand that my concerns were valid. I would also have liked communication at move out if there was anything I needed to correct to revive my full refund, as if the time of the survey I am unaware of any deficiencies.

I wasn’t satisfied with the work that was done. A outside contractor came and sprayed a solution and told us that our maintenance would need to look at our vents as well. There is still mold around the vent and no clear signs of the removal of the mold around the vents.

Don’t get me wrong the townhome is very nice, but the vinyl flooring they put down is horrible we started using the dishwasher and the flooring in front of it has started to push forward I’ve emailed and called multiple times to not get an answer at all! We pay the extra 115 a month for the smart addition of the home and our door camera hasn’t worked for since we moved in they finally sent a maintenance man to come out and he wasn’t even able to fix the camera nor connect the lights to our Alexa so we’ve been wasting the extra 115 dollars for exactly 6 months now. We have emailed and haven’t received or got in contact with anyone and when we call they never answer. Definitely can’t wait for the lease to be up.
