Worse place to live in . We first moved during covid and we weren’t able to see the apartment . When we finally moved in dead roaches on the floor some roaches were spray painted on against the wall. I don’t realize how bad the roach problem was until I moved the fridge. Now tell me does this look like an apartment that was cleaned properly before we moved in? That roach nest been building for years also. We had to call them 4 or 5 times to fix the ac! The people that were living there moved to a different unit and when I asked can I move to a different unit because I was pregnant and didn’t want my child living in roach infested place they said no.

I would not recommend living here. I moved in here in April and I pay my rent on time before time every month.. it’s not so
Much as the staff although maintenance has a nasty habit of saying an issue is resolved and they NEVER SHOW until you go to the office several times. The community of people are trash.. you think raising the rent would eliminate that but nope the undesirables still find a way over here. They really need to crack down enforcing rules dogs kids all of it also need to ensure tenants needs are met especially with the amount of rent being paid.. I don’t complain too much because guess what I’m still gonna pay my rent but I will never recommend that anyone stay over here.

I broke my lease due to the mold, roaches and disgusting breeze way. I couldn’t take my kids through that seeing how rent is $1,700. Dog poop and trash everywhere.

I moved in February last year, process was great, no problem! But once I move in I started noticing trash behind the building, spider webs on walls, the ground was filthy, I have a bad case of mold in my home, my son is sick every other month due to stuffiness. I make complaints but barely nothing is done. I had a leak that went through the wall and on the carpet, they ripped up the soft part in the carpet and left it that way, bad case of bugs. As in water bugs, roaches, ear bugs, etc. do not waste your hard earned money on these apartments.

Millwood park’s is the worst place I’ve ever lived in. Rent is crazy for a place where the owners don’t care about there tenants. If you are a white tenant and don’t follow the rules to a T then you will get reprimanded but the black tenants can do what ever they want and nothing happens to them. For example my brother has an ESA (emotion support animal) which is an “aggressive breed” and that breaks contract. When the black tenants break contract like not putting dogs on leashes or even having “aggressive breeds” they get a slap in the wrist. The maintenance team don’t do there job properly. For example it took the a couple of months to replace my leaking fridge and my ac went out it took them a couple of days to fix it. Also our oven was smoking and took a few days just to do anything about it. And once they did something they left our new oven right in the middle of our apartment and left the old one and called it a day. They are very discriminating towards there people here especially me. They will find loopholes throughout the contract u sign. They refused to resign my lease due to me having a breed that is “aggressive” but this breed is also an emotional support animal. People here do not put their dogs on leashes so if you have small children or dogs that don’t like other dogs do not move here. It’s also very poor wiring here. And the power boxes has exposed wires that is only covered by garbage bags. AND ITS NOT EVEN COVERED COMPLETELY. So if you do choose to stay here with your kids please watch them it can be very dangerous with the lose wiring that’s scattered around the complex. I do not recommend this place for ANYONE! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN!!! And if you decide that this review doesn’t cut it then take this we lived in the 900 build and the people below us will start banging and going crazy for even the slightest noise. They will go through the entire apartment and bang. When I tell you this place is racist, this place is very racist. Me and my brother are white. we have reported our neighbors who are two black women, multiple times with their dog not being on a leash. Also their dog I tagged my brother’s dog and when we reported it to the landlord the landlord didn’t do anything. But when the same people reported us for having an “aggressive dog” the landlord immediately kicked us out but was more than happy to look the other way when we reported our neighbors from Downstairs. Not only are A lot of people of moving out. And those majority of those people are white. We had a neighbor who moved in next to us a few months ago and they are already moving out. This place is that bad. I’m really hoping a city inspector see this review and get this place shut down. If you know anyone who works for the city inspectors (idk what you’ll call it) take them to this place. Another thing, as you see the pictures of the laundry room or the activity building. THATS FALSE!! They use those rooms as “extra storage” And if you work early morning shifts be prepared that the kids are loud and annoying throughout the day and into the night. Like these kids don’t have a curfew or something Also they turn off the water like every month and the fire alarms goes off like every month. I’m telling you believe the reviews. They are very true. Don’t go for the cheapest place go for the reviews. This is the worst place I’ve ever lived or been to in my life. Below are the extremely hazardous conditions of the park. The applicants here are really cheap. Idk where they get it from but it will break down on you as I explained already. Another thing just on our last week, our landlord gotten a tow truck and moved and tow someone moving truck! Like why?

I’m going to take my time to write this review.! I’m just going to say please believe the reviews.! From the bugs,, to the water being shut off every week for inspection purposes.! The kids have no curfew they sit at the park all night and curse.! And I notice the office staff write comments on here like just please inform the rental office about this mannnnn you think people not calling them and complaining you’re crazy.! They just writing that on here.! I’m soo fed up with them apartments.! The bugs and animals are horrible the mold is horrible the appliances are horrible.! There is poop everywhere in these apartment in the grass by cars and in walkways.! It’s crazy.!! When I first moved here and did a deep cleaning I noticed tiny bugs in the inside of the refrigerator it took maintenance a whole month to get to our complaint.! Please read the reviews and believe them.! Oh yeah, they blame the bugs on other residents and tell the other residents that it’s you the bugs are coming from lolll.! It’s crazy there please live with caution.! I added pics of the refrigerator.!

These apartments are very spacious and the neighborhood is quiet but they are roach infested and have been since the day I moved in when the apartment was still empty so being clean doesn't matter. And the breezeways are filthy. The filthiest I've ever seen. Which explains why there are so many unwanted guests inside because the outside is nasty.

Roach infested, moved our move-in date back 3 times and once without notification leaving us close to homeless. Upon move in roaches were every where im talking HUNDREDS. In the window seals, phone jacks, cabinets, base boards. Roach droppings embedded in the wood around the kitchen. We had to stay with my mother another three weeks after the move-in date just to make the place live-able. Since finding a new home was now out of the question after spending thousands at the hotel and storage after they changed our move in date 3 times. Don’t waste your time unless you are desperate and want Roachquan and his family of hundreds living with you. Ventilation was horrible hvac stopped working after 4 visits from maintenance they still would not fix it properly! My children were sick every few weeks in this apartment until we left. Pest control was a joke and showed up when they felt like it not when requested. Upon leaving we literally had to throw away everything we owned to avoid taking roaches to our new home. I repeat do NOT deal with this property unless you are very desperate.
