We came with a party of 2 and had an amazing dining experience at 9292 Shabu! We ordered the Mara broth, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and packed with just the right amount of spice. The vegetables and meats were incredibly fresh, making every bite a delight. There was an amazing assortment of food to choose from for your hotpot. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a fantastic meal. The overall atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, perfect for a family dinner.

The price is reasonable, and the restaurant is very clean inside. There are so many varieties of vegetables and other ingredients to choose from. The sauces are plentiful and diverse. Even the dessert drinks are delicious enough that I didn't need to visit a coffee shop afterward.

I’ve visited 9292 Shabu several times before and always enjoyed the wide selection of fresh items and the clean buffet counters. However, my recent visit on 12/27 afternoon for my birthday was disappointing due to poor service.

Three of us chose the unlimited option, and while the food remained consistent with previous visits, the staff’s attitude was unacceptable. When my friend ordered a second round of squid, the male server (table 35) brought octopus instead. When we pointed out the mistake, he insisted we had ordered octopus and showed no willingness to rectify the situation or even bring squid to the table. His lack of courtesy was extremely disappointing.

Adding to the unpleasant experience, a lady brought us the check while we were still eating, and shortly after, the same male server asked us to leave around 4:30 pm. While we had finished eating, we were still chatting. He claimed the table needed to be cleaned for dinner service, despite the restaurant not being busy at the time, which made us feel rushed and unwelcome.

Although the food was enjoyable, the dismissive behavior and poor service overshadowed what should have been a celebratory meal.

First time visiting here near my workplace. The hot pot was pretty good and the selection of meats were great. They all tasted delicious and fresh.

There were many selections of condiments, vegetables and sauces. They even have a selection for different types of noodles. Overall, it was delicious and great experience!

The service was great. We walked in and immediately had a table. We got to choose our broth and experience. Everyone at the table has to get the same experience. The broth was a little lack luster. It got better adding things to it, but we have become accustomed to the broth having at least a little flavor before adding anything. There was a ton of vegetables and vegetarian options, as well as beverage options. It felt like we had a lot of options but also no options. You had to order your meat from the menu. Everything at the buffet had no meat. There was also a ton of tvs around playing all different things and none of them matched the music which was overwhelming.
