Great food and variety you get the best of both worlds. Quality is good.
2 things that sets it apart from other Viet/Thai places,
- Details like the big juicy shrimp in the tom yum soup and quality of the ingredients in something you don't care for like a side salad for lunch combo really stood out to me.
- Flavors are good and clean, not as
Heavy and greasy as other joints which I enjoy.

And the short rib pho speaks for itself ... Massive.

Great food. Everything on point, fried rice and shrimp and calamari was perfect. The only thing was I wouldn't recommend is their short ribs the meat was a bit "rubber" feeling but awsome sauce in it. We got food delivered, but next time we definitely will stop by and try to eat it at the restaurant. I would definitely recommend.

A little Vietnamese and Thai restaurant, they have parking in the side for a couple hours, small lot. Thai iced tea is good, the beef pad see ew was just okay. Service was a bit spotty, the two people were running around between the different tables and didn't have much time to do anything other than take orders and bring food out. Pho looked ok, will try another time.

After Plaster Funtime with the kids, I was searching for somewhere easy to eat with my kiddos but wanted to expose them to something they hadn't had before and that I loved. Pho!!! 🍜

28 Bistro has a low key vibe, great music in the background, and the owner who works the register and tables(at least that Sunday) was delightful.

The food was absolutely delicious! I had to order an 18yo, a 14yo, and a 7 yo. 29 Bistro didn't disappoint.

Apps: Seaweed Salad, Short Ribs, and Calamari
Entree options: Beef Pho, 2 x Seafood Pho, and Duck Pho (these aren't the names of the dishes, but the main ingredients within).

My kids were loving the flavor, enjoying every moment of the experience, and had a bunch left over for lunch the next day despite being super full.

I enjoyed it all. The Dutch Pho was absolutely amazing and while I over did it a bit in the apps, flavorwise, it was all amazing.

Oh, we capped it off with various flavors of boaba tea!

You've gotta check out 29 Bistro. I'll sure be back!!

The staff here is amazing and super hospitable. This is the third time I've been to this place and I haven't had a single bad experience. The second time I came in. I ordered the honey ginger Boba and turned out to not like it because the ginger was a bit too strong however, a staff member noticed and offered to make me a new cup of Boba completely free so I could take on the road. They play a beautiful track of bossa nova covers that are so relaxing as you eat. 10/10 would highly recommend.
