I am so happy to have found Tahiti tan, I love the reasonable prices and convenience of tanning anytime so I can go before or after work. The beds are always clean and with many choices to choose from plus the staff is awesome. Thank you 24Hr Tahiti Tan, you earned a customer for life.

If I could give 1 star I would. There are some good features of the place but those are over shadowed by rude and misleading staff, and shady policies.

I was a member for 2 years. I originally signed up as a student but didn’t realize that for almost a year I was being charged incorrectly. I finally got that updated and moved away from the area about a year later.

Last month I was called by Mackenzie to be informed that my card for the monthly payment did not go through. I explained I was glad she called because I forgot to cancel before moving and I live over an hour away now and needed to cancel.

I was told I could not cancel due to not enough of a notice (which is NOT outlined in their policies) and that I would need to call back before the next months billing to cancel. I was then charged for the monthly fee a late fee.

I kept trying to cancel so I sent a few emails and left a few messages. No response. I was eventually able to get in touch with Rylee who told me the number I was calling was not their number. But it was the number I received their calls from as well as the number on the website/google that is a main line that lets you select a store.

Rylee was less than helpful and a little uppity/rude. I was told she would contact management to ask if I could receive partial refund for the fee or the late fee. I never heard back from her about it. I explained that I had not been in for months due to moving. No one seemed to care.

This company does not care about you, your situation, or being helpful in any way. They only care about money and how much they can get out of you. I would be cautious signing any agreement here. There are better places you can go with better beds, much cleaner, and more empathy.

Also beware of the reviews here: they are posted by employees and also they offer a free gift for leaving a review which is against Google policies!

**never made personal threats to any manager. That’s not the kind of person I am. And if that were true I would recommend you notify the police.

Also I wasn’t out of town, I moved. It’s stressful to sell a home and move. So I def totally forgot about this membership until I was called. I absolutely have no problem taking accountability, I should have called to cancel before the draft date, sorry that I’m AuDHD and was stressed so it totally slipped my mind.

Nonetheless this review is not false, nothing I said here is. You stated your policy and that is what it is. I’m entitled to share my experience. If you look at my reviews, the majority are positive. I also share my honest feedback.

Be happy I’m not reporting you to Google for bribing people for reviews. That’s the reason for your overly inflated star rating.

Very clean, easy access, good music with a good vibe. The girl at the door was pleasant and nice with a smile. Explained step-by-step how and what to do. When I had a question visiting after hours, the response was immediate. A nice place 👌

I was out and didn't have anything with me for sunscreen and I had the most wonderful experience here at the Tahiti Tan where a nice young lady help me out and try to find something for me it truly is an amazing place they're very professional and awesome and very helpful so you should totally come and try them out

Best beds since the Ines I used in New York! I have been to many tanning salons this is the best in Georgia! And trust me New York City beds and bulbs are amazing !!! This is right in the same ballpark how impressive!!! Plus 24 hours? Amazing student discount !! You have won my eternal loyalty to this salon. The lotions are overpriced I w8ll admit that but the money you save and they results even out I live-in Gainesville and I travel far to go here!! Whoever owns this youre doing a fantastic job and know how to run a great salon. You'd not RIP people off with old bulbs and and old beds this salon will change your view on tanning forever!! Like I said reminds me of NYC that's HUGE!!

AMAZING SERVICEEE. I love Hannah at the Terrill Mill location, so welcoming🥰. Did a 10 minute session for Diamond and got THE BEST results first time going in. So many cool things come with buying the monthly package and they offer little stickers to apply while tanning to make cool designs. 11/10
