After my experience with 1st Franklin, I would tend to agree with the reviews also listed here. Very knowledgeable and attentive employees, customer service thats second to none, a very welcoming atmosphere, and much to my surprise, due to my ignorance, 1st Franklin is a very capable financial institution with a wide range of loan types and loan amounts. Awesome company even more awesome employees. I'd strongly consider trying those guys out if it can be done they'll do it.

My Mom was a customer with 1st Franklin Financial, and they have always been very professional and so nice to work with. They are always there to help me if I need it, and they find a way to help me while staying within my budget. We had a customer who wanted to buy an air conditioner but she was an older lady and needed some financial assistance to pay for it. I called first financial and they were super helpful! Because of them, we were able to get that sweet lady her Air Conditioner just in time for a hot summer!

Everyone here is so nice & professional!! Every time I come in whether it's for myself or someone else, they make sure to welcome me and help to the best of their ability even throw in a joke or two 😂That makes me feel soo good. Today I dealt with Jessica and she was super friendly and made the visit comfortable while being fast. THANKS TO HER AND EVERYONE INSIDE! Good customer service has been hard to come by lately so it doesn't go unnoticed.
