Father’s Day 2023, we discovered this gem by accident. We ate dockside and enjoyed the beautiful view and fresh air. The 3 of us ordered the fish & chips and were not disappointed. The fish was delicious, flaky and plentiful. The fries were delicious too. However we had ordered truffle Parmesan fries for an appetizer and they were amazing. Drinks were perfect. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Our server was Shelby and she was amazing!! Thoughtful, friendly and funny. She made the entire experience even more enjoyable. If you go to 1Ferry Wharf Wednesday thru Sunday, ask for Shelby, you won’t be disappointed. I plan on going back soon and trying the Salmon next.

This place is a fantastic hidden gem!! Right on the water in Jamestown on The Wharf!! The food was excellent from the appetizers to the main course and even their dessert was incredible even though we were full already. January our server was fantastic, friendly and kept the drinks coming which were also delicious!! Jerry the Chef came out and checked on us throughout our meal and truly knows how to put together a plate!! My boyfriend, his friend and I will definitely be back!! Best part is they say they are open year round!!

If you’re in need of a place to host an event, 1 Ferry Wharf is an excellent place to have it! We hosted our rehearsal dinner here with a total of 26 people. Michele is incredibly kind and very easy to work with. She and her team helped make our vision come to life. The food is excellent and everyone left feeling very satisfied. There were also a couple of dietary needs in our group that Michele went above and beyond to meet. Plus, you can’t beat the waterfront views, especially at sunset. It was such a lovely experience all around.

Went for lunch early in the season, and it was delicious. Chloe was our server and was as pleasant as could be. We had a so much fun talking to her. We liked it so much we booked our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner there. Michelle was great to work with, and the rehearsal dinner was amazing. We had Chloe, and Emily as our servers and could not have had a better experience. We felt like we were treated as family.
Highly recommend, staff and food both great!

Absolutely the worst service! We drove to beautiful Jamestown for a relaxing dinner outside on a gorgeous summer night. We chose this restaurant because it had reservations available on open table. Now I know why they had available seats on a Saturday night! We arrived and were seated on the deck, which was very nice. That was the only thing that was nice though. We sat there for at least a half hour before someone actually greeted us with waters. So, we decided to order then because who knows when someone would come back and take our order. We ordered a couple of drinks and another 25 minutes goes by and nothing! At that this point our night was ruined so we got up and left and none of the staff seemed to cared. So, I can’t speak for the food but the service was horrendous and to me that is why I go out for dinner is to relax.And having good service is everything. Would not recommend at all!

Great service, amazing food, the location, everything just goes very well together. We took or order to go but was able to enjoy the place while we were waiting. Very friendly staff, the kitchen is awesome, because it is open and we can watch the chef and his team cooking. There is an ice cream place right outside next door that belongs to the restaurant. The food was delicious and fresh. We are for sure coming back and next time will be to enjoy our lunch/dinner on the outside area. Try the fish tacos and the calamari.

09/29/2024, We ordered take out. I ordered whole bellied clam plate, $28.00. I wish there was a way to post the picture of this order. The clams were not bellies. It was the scraps from all the other fried clams in the fryolator. Unfit to be eaten!! When we called, the server was very pleasant. I was offered something else, but I refused. Bad taste from that order!! I returned the next day and showed the cook my order. I spoke with the mgr regarding a refund. It takes 3 5 days. No problem, my friend will be watching for her credit.
UPDATE: 10/6/2024 There has been no credit to my friend's account. I have tried to call multiple times today after 4pm. The website says opened till 9pm.
UPDATE: 10/9/2024 There still has been no refund issued. You stated, feel free to reach out if I had any concerns. There is nobody to answer the phone. This is the description of poor guest services. I filled out an online contact/concern form which has my contact information. I will be sure that our annual visiting guests never dine or recommend your restaurant. Have a pleasant season off.
